Job Summary: The CADC counselor will work independently while also functioning collaboratively as a member of a care team including medical providers, mental health counselors, peers and community partners as needed.
Duties include: Conducting ASAM assessments, treatment planning, individual and group counseling, case management/coordination of care, referrals as needed and documentation of treatment progress. Recovery Works NW is also a state-certified DUII Services Provider and this CADC position will require providing some services for DUII program participants.
Requirements:
- CADC I or higher with two years’ experience preferred.
- Knowledge of trauma informed care/practices.
- Knowledge and experience facilitating group therapy.
- Knowledge of evidenced-based counseling theories and practices (MI, DBT, ACT, CBT etc.)
- Ability to be in office on a consistent basis.

Compensation: DOE, range is $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
