Honoring Many Pathways to Wellbeing
Healing the Whole Person
Addiction often grows from pain, trauma, or unmet needs. At Recovery Works NW, we focus on more than just symptoms, we support healing, connection, and recovery so you can build the life you deserve.
Our team includes both licensed professionals and people with lived experience of addiction, united by one mission: helping you find freedom and lasting recovery.
Our Services
Recovery can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. At Recovery Works Northwest, we guide you step-by-step, whether you’re starting for the first time, returning to treatment, or supporting a loved one.
We accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and most commercial insurance plans. If you’re unsure about coverage, our team will walk you through your options so you can focus on healing, not paperwork.
Medically Monitored Withdrawal (Detox)
For many, the first step is safely managing withdrawal. Our inpatient detox program provides 24/7 medical care, comfort, and meals in a supportive setting. Average stays are 3–5 days.
Medications for Addiction (MAT)
Once stabilized, medications like Suboxone, Sublocade, or Vivitrol can help reduce cravings and support long-term recovery. Our providers specialize in tailoring a plan that fits your needs.
Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
Our IOP provides more structure than standard outpatient care, with multiple group sessions each week. This offers a higher level of support while still giving you the flexibility to maintain work, school, or family responsibilities.
Outpatient Counseling
Meet one-on-one with a licensed counselor to process challenges, build coping skills, and create a plan for lasting recovery.
Outpatient Group Counseling
Group Counseling provides support, accountability, and skills practice in a safe, therapist-led setting. Sessions are scheduled to fit into daily life and connect you with others who understand recovery.
Addictions Specific
Mental Health
Addiction and mental health often go hand in hand. Our therapists provide support for trauma, anxiety, depression, and other co-occurring conditions.
DUII Diversion Program
As an Oregon state-certified provider, we offer DUII education and treatment that meets DMV and court requirements while supporting real change.
Case Management
Case Management helps address needs outside of treatment that can affect your recovery. Our Case Managers work with you to find resources for housing, employment, transportation, and other supports. Their goal is to reduce barriers and help you stay focused on your recovery.
Peer Support
Recovery is easier when you don’t have to do it alone. Our Peer Support Specialists have walked this path themselves. They inspire hope, share practical tools, and celebrate your progress every step of the way. With peer support, you gain a partner who understands and a community that believes in you.
